Received my order of felt hat quickly but quality was awful it was itchy and smelly. I sent email asking if the felt hat was made from wool and I was informed that they did not realize the hat was not wool and that they would amend the website to advise people its polyester. Terrible quality do not recommend.

It’s unfortunate the product did not meet your expectations. Our product page never claimed it was wool, but we have added the details in the description as we got update from the manufacturer of the exact felt material used. The product label should be up to date for future production patches as well.
